Shipping
Orders placed before 6:00 PM are usually shipped the same day, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
However, we are dependent on the transport company and cannot influence their delivery times.
Please note that delivery may take longer during the holiday season.
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €75.
For orders under this amount, a €5.25 shipping fee applies.
For orders under €100 to Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, and France, a €7.95 shipping fee applies.
For orders over €100 to these countries, shipping is free.
For all other countries and for oversized items, shipping costs are available on request.

Despite our utmost care and quality control, it’s possible that a manufacturing defect is discovered after purchase.
We advise you to check all items upon receipt.

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Please email us in advance to let us know you’d like to return your order. This helps us process your return faster. Return shipping costs are €4.99.
- For returns from outside the Netherlands or Belgium, the return shipping costs are at your own expense.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
After notifying us of your return, you will receive a return label link by email.
You can then drop off the package at a local return point near you.
